Kayla's Kale Chips Recipe



Kayla’s Kale Chips
Ingredients:
  • A bunch of kale (enough to cover 2 sheet trays)
  • A couple drizzles of olive oil (lemon or basil olive oil works well too)
  • Paprika
  • Garlic salt
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees fahrenheit
  2. Wash kale, dry really well and tear into medium pieces (remove thick stems)
  3. Drizzle olive oil on kale in a big bowl (enough so most leaves are lightly coated) and toss
  4. Toss paprika and garlic salt with the kale
  5. Spread kale out on 2 sheet trays and make sure they are not overlapping
  6. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until crispy
You can experiment with different spices too! We also like to use cumin and curry sometimes.
