Kayla’s Kale Chips
Ingredients:
- A bunch of kale (enough to cover 2 sheet trays)
- A couple drizzles of olive oil (lemon or basil olive oil works well too)
- Paprika
- Garlic salt
- Preheat oven to 275 degrees fahrenheit
- Wash kale, dry really well and tear into medium pieces (remove thick stems)
- Drizzle olive oil on kale in a big bowl (enough so most leaves are lightly coated) and toss
- Toss paprika and garlic salt with the kale
- Spread kale out on 2 sheet trays and make sure they are not overlapping
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until crispy
